The payment of required deposit(s) or full payments for a reservation on any program in this brochure or flyer sent by Innworld Travel, constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained in this brochure or flyer.İnnworld Travel acts in the capacity of an agent for hotels, restaurants, attractions and various other means of transportation and services. In the capacity of an agent, Innworld Travel cannot be held responsible if one of these suppliers becomes negligent or does not fulfill their contractual obligations, provided that due care was used in selecting these service. Innworld Travel is not responsible for acts of God, government shutdowns, or acts of war. Any person reserving any Innworld Travel tour program accepts the condition that İnnWorld Travel reserves the exclusive right to change or cancel tour itineraries, hotels, and other tour components whenever it is deemed necessary. If this occurs, every effort will be made to offer alternate dates or programs, or comparable services. Published times on our itineraries are as accurate as possible and subject to change due to traffic, weather, mechanical conditions and other conditions that prevent Innworld Travel from operating under normal conditions. All rates published are per person as indicated. Most rates listed are based on double occupancy (unless otherwise specified). Reservations will be accepted subject to availability at the time of request and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of deposit. Every effort is made to handle passengers’ luggage as carefully as possible. However, İnnWorld Travel cannot be responsible, assume liability, or accept claims for loss or damage to luggage due to breakage, theft, or fair wear-and-tear through hotel and group carrier handling. It is important for your own self interest and protection that you make certain you have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities. In all matters relating to the making of arrangements for hotel and/or motel accommodations, sightseeing tours and service provided, entertainment, and transportation by rail, motorcoach, automobile, or ship, Innworld Travel will act only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels/hotels, and other suppliers stated in the tour literature describing the services purchased. Because of its status as an agent, and because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of these travel service suppliers, Innworld Travel can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident or delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of .
1) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts of omissions on the part of any suppliers,
2) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts of omissions on the part of any employees of any of these suppliers,
3) any defect or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or
4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, or Innworld Travel.
